After working in the commercial finance sector for many years First National was born when the Directors realised that many potential business owners were not receiving the service they deserved!

In particular the search for finance by many business owners started and ended with the high street banks. We realised that we could offer a totally independent intermediary service that offered business customers real value and choice, maximising the chances of a successful application in what we consider to be an under served market place.

Although we cannot guarantee success in all cases, we do work closely with both prime and sub-prime lenders / finance houses allowing us to successfully fund many difficult cases. By collecting all relevant information from our clients, our independent status ensures that only lenders who could realistically fund any given project are approached. In many cases we are able to secure funds at lower cost than a business making a direct lender approach.

We have gone to great lengths to establish relationships with a large number of commercial lenders in order to offer the maximum number options to any prospective customer.

Unlike many other loan packagers we only do "commercial loans", we are not form fillers who play a numbers game, all cases are fully reviewed and treated in confidence. If we do not think a deal can be funded we will tell you at the outset, but the chances are if we cannot help then no one can!
